Single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders

Exparto hydraulic cylinders are particularly appreciated by our customers. They are successfully used for front loaders, their attachments and telescopic handlers.

Precise workmanship and low complaint rate guarantee efficient operation on every farm. The maximum operating pressure oscillates between 16-32 Mpa (160-320 bar). This means that the cylinder can handle even the heaviest loads. The protective lacquer coating ensures that the hydraulic cylinder remains aesthetically pleasing for many years. Fittings for front loaders, silage grippers, sliding pallet forks with pins, Q model manure and straw forks, bale forks, grab buckets, silage cutters, cultivators over 3 m (folding), forklift trucks, forklift trucks, sprayers, grab loaders, HDS.

• Geometric parameters. Checked by means of supervised measuring and control tools. Controlled parameters are the inner diameter of the sleeve, the externally fitted seal, the roughness of the piston rod and with the help of machines such as CMMs or tools such as micrometers, diameter gauges or callipers.
• The quality of the protective coating is checked by measuring the thickness of the two-layer coating using layer gauges and gloss gauges. The quality of the chrome coating of the piston rod is checked by visual assessment (no damage in the production process) and thickness assessment with a thickness gauge. Additionally, an NSS salt spray chamber test is performed on finished products.
• Chemical composition. We monitor the chemical composition of steel used in production as well as the quality of welded joints, in accordance with European standards. At Exparto, we guarantee the mechanical strength of our actuators.
• Leaktightness with a minimum load of 150% of nominal pressure is checked on a specially constructed test bench to detect internal and external leaks.

In order to extend the service life of Exparto single acting hydraulic cylinders, we recommend oil filtration of at least 25μm and the use of mineral oil HL 32 or HL 46 Recommended hydraulic oil cleanliness 20/18/15 according to ISO 4406-1996. Single and double acting Exparto hydraulic cylinders are compatible with front loader and telehandler attachments manufactured by: Agromasz, Hydramet, Inter Tech, Metal-Fach, Metaltechnik, MX, New Holland, Quick, Stol, Volant or Zetor.
