Product description
Exparto hydraulic telescopic cylinders are mainly fitted on agricultural trailers. Thanks to their precise workmanship they are perfect for any farm. They can lift even the heaviest loads as the maximum working pressure range oscillates between 16-32 Mpa (160-320 bar). The protective varnish coating ensures that the hydraulic telescopic cylinder will look good for many years. For single-sided and three-sided tipping farm trailers, shell trailers, construction trailers. Recommended operating medium according to PN-C-96057-04:1991; ISO 6743/4; cat HVLP/HV.
During the production process the following are controlled:
- Geometrical parameters. Checked by means of supervised measuring and control tools. The controlled parameters are the inner diameter of the sleeve, the external fitted seal, the roughness of the piston rod.
- Quality of the protective coating. The thickness of the two-layer coating is checked using layer gauges and gloss gauges. The quality of chromium coating of piston rod is checked visually – visual assessment (no damage during production) and its thickness measured with thickness gauge.
- Chemical composition. We monitor the chemical composition of steel used in production as well as the quality of welded joints, in accordance with European standards. At Exparto we guarantee the mechanical strength of our actuators.
- The tightness with a minimum load of 150% of nominal pressure is checked on a specially constructed test bench to detect internal and external leaks.
In order to extend the service life of our telescopic cylinders we recommend a minimum 25μm oil filtration and mineral oil HL 32 or HL 46. Recommended hydraulic oil cleanliness 20/18/15 according to ISO 4406-1996
